• What to use: You can use standard dish soap or liquid body wash.
• What to avoid: Never use acidic, highly corrosive, or industrial-strength cleaning agents. These can damage the internal pump and the ceramic glaze.

• How to use: Simply place the aromatherapy tablet into the designated compartment.
• Customization: You can add a few drops of your favorite essential oils or fragrance oils directly onto the tablet to suit your preference.

1. Filtration & Pipeline Clogging (Most Frequent Issue)

Particulate Blockages: Rainwater often contains high levels of sediments, debris, organic matter, and airborne particulates. These will quickly clog the built-in fine filters and ultra-small spray nozzle apertures, resulting in reduced water pressure or total failure of the posterior/feminine bidet functions.

Solenoid Valve Leaks: Foreign particles trapped inside internal solenoid and diverter valves prevent precise sealing, leading to continuous slow leaks, failure to stop water flow, and potential water damage.

Accelerated Aging of Components: Naturally acidic rainwater accelerates the degradation, hardening, and embrittlement of rubber seals, silicone hoses, and ABS/plastic fittings, significantly increasing the risk of bursting and internal leakage within 1–2 years.

2. Surface Staining & Organic Buildup

Persistent Mineral Staining: Mineral fluctuations in rainwater create stubborn yellow and black water spots along the ceramic bowl and drainage trap, which cannot be removed with standard cleaners.
