Returns and Refund Policy

Only a limited range of goods are eligible for return to receive a credit note or refund. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Returned Goods
All goods being returned must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging (including any protective materials). Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging intact. Packaging must be free from any writing, postage labels, or damage.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of at least 20% will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund at Renoarts’ discretion.

Shipping Instructions
Please do not affix postage labels directly onto the product packaging. All products must be returned in a separate shipping bag or box.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind on clearance or sale items, or on special-order items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you wish to obtain a different item, please place a new order. At the time of your return, you may request a credit note (after the restocking fee is deducted) instead of a refund. The credit note can be applied toward your new purchase.

Inspection and Processing
Once your returned product is received at the Renoarts warehouse, a quality inspection will be conducted. If the product and its packaging are confirmed to be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, we will:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a credit note within 14 days of receipt; and
  • Notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Non-Compliant Returns
If the product or its packaging is found to be damaged, installed, or otherwise not in its original condition, it may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, the customer may choose to either:

  • Receive a partial refund or credit note; or
  • Have the item returned to them at their own expense.

Return Policy Exceptions – Quality Issues

If your item is defective or damaged due to a product quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a complimentary return label upon request. You may choose either a free exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
