The 10W LED centre light provides illumination, while the four 275W powerful heat lamps provide instant warmth when the chill sets in. The inline extraction fan keeps your bathroom clear from moisture and odours all year round.

The unit also features self-sealing back draught shutters that prevent draughts and insects entering the unit while not in use.

This exhaust fan with light and heater is suitable for 5-star energy rated homes.
